Brian - check out www.omswiki.pbwiki.com. It is a site to collect best practices for this new integrated mindshift. Feel free to add to the input on the wiki.
I've attached my presentation for this evening at 6PM. It takes BIM, Alliance Teams, Lean, Off-Site Fabrication, Shared Risk/Reward Agreements, Early Business Case modeling and ties them together as a framework for full integration.
